Science Museum of Minnesota: Dinosaurs

The Science Museum is coming to Litchfield Library! On Thursday, July 9, at 10:30 a.m., the Science Museum of Minnesota will present a program about dinosaurs. This program will be held on the lawn next to the library. Bring chairs or a blanket to sit on. In case of bad weather, the program will be held at the Litchfield Opera House, a block south of the library.

Free to attend. No need to sign up. For kids of all ages.

Children will learn how to think like a scientist with an instructor from the Science Museum of Minnesota. Find out what fossils teach us about dinosaurs. Learn how scientists compare the physical features left behind by dinosaurs in fossils to animals we know today. Uncover fossils from the past, and assemble a life-size dinosaur skeleton puzzle!
