Seed Planting for Success

Seed Planting For Success

The Litchfield Library will host a free mini class on seed planting in a garden or pot. The class will be offered twice: Wednesday, May 14, at 1:00 p.m., and Thursday, May 15, at 6:30 p.m., in the library’s meeting room. This class will be taught by Meeker County master gardener Chris Schlueter and intern Trish Anderson.  Save the date so you are ready to give your seeds the best start this growing season!

This informal class will cover the basics of sowing directly into a garden or pot, and tips on how to start seeds early in your home using simple methods, without expensive equipment.  You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions you may have about seed growing, as well.

There is no need to sign up. The same information will be shared at both sessions, so attend at the time that works best for your schedule.
